Hi Jim, It is fun seeing the folks you are meeting along the way. Charlie did get a late start from the south to the north and finished up in over a foot of snow on Novemeber 1st. He realized that he should have started earlier! But by the end he was so strong and determined that nothing would have stopped him. Do you know they are making a movie about the AT from the book, A Walk in the Woods? Charlie is trying to get a production piece of that since he is still so taken with his AT experience. It is hard when couples have different priorities and it's essential to follow your dream. As you know, we sometimes take the leap, knowing it's right, and hope for the best. And then there seems to be that perfect order. I pray that this is a valuable experience for you both. Onna is perfect - playing competitive softball and won MVP last weekend at a tournament.
